I did many enjoyable bike rides with David, always talking and riding with him since I was usually at the end of the group and he was the sweep. I remember he taught me to not look up at the top of a steep hill of consequence as he called it - he would tell me to just look in front and keep peddling and youll get there. Wise words. David was a smart, interesting, adventurous, kind gentleman.
David, may you cycle along many beautiful paths in Heaven.
