It pains me so deeply that my son, he will never know you. His amazing Grandpa the protector of the family. Eddie, I am sorry I never got the chance to say goodbye. I have been trying to track you down for years. I have read what others have written about you and I have always known what a great guy you were, and I was proud to see so many others have agreed. Till we ride together one more time. Although I never got the chance of meeting Eddie in person, the few talks I had over the phone with him I will forever remember and he will always be in my thoughts he sounded like such a sweet, caring and loving man that I wish I would have had the pleasure of meeting and he will always be my daughters grandpa no matter what!

It was my honor and privilege to have known and worked with Eddie at AVAD. Whenever I visited the Dallas branch, we'd always spend a few minutes catching up where he always called me Miss Kim. I was fortunate enough to see Eddie in January where he promised me that he would fight as long as he could. You fought the good fight. You finished the race. You kept the faith. Rest well my friend.

I worked with Eddie at National Auto he was a great person. May God be with his family. RIP my friend

Eddie and I worked together for many years at AVAD and he was always one of the hardest working employees we ever had, but more important was the type of person he was, kind hearted and willing to always help a friend. I will miss him greatly but I know he is at peace now. Rest in peace my friend.

Eddie, you will be missed by so many, and remembered for your dedication and love for your children, and your excellent work ethic. You made sure the mortgage was paid, there was food on the table, an unending supply of diapers and toys for the girls. You were a great dad to them, and they were lucky to have you for a father. We had some great times together, and I'll always remember them.

Uncle Eddie, I never got a chance to tell you how much I appreciated everything you did for me when I was younger. You gladly too me into your home and treated me as one of your own. I loved listening to all of your stories of life every weekend. I really wish I could have talked to you one last time. I love you so very much. You left such a long lasting and loving impression on so many people. We all have so many great memories. Rest In Peace Uncle Eddie. See ya on the other side.
