In Loving Memory
Jean Marie Colvin
February 19, 1953 – September 10, 2026
Jean Marie Colvin lived with wisdom, warmth, and grace,
A steady light no time will ever erase.
Born in Queens, with roots both strong and true,
She carried the best of all she knew.
Doris and Bill first gave her a loving home,
With Candis, Joanie, and Bill, she never walked alone.
She built a life with Mehdi by her side,
And loved her sons, Nick and Adam, with endless pride.
She gave her love, the truest kind,
With an open heart and thoughtful mind.
Always full of knowledge, guidance, and care.
She faced every problem with wisdom to spare.
She cooked for everyone, with love in every dish,
And weekends with Adam became a cherished wish.
She swam, she traveled, played backgammon too,
Read dreams with wonder and saw the world anew.
Jeopardy at night, Leonard Cohen and Dylan in song,
Native American culture held a place where she belonged.
Through trials and triumphs, near and far,
Her steady presence shaped the family that we are.
And though she’s gone, her light will always remain,
In hearts that hold her closely through every joy and pain.
Your legacy lives on every single day,
You are missed more than words can say.
You Remain In Our Hears
Your Loving Family
