I met this wonderful man in 6th grade after I moved to Great Neck. I was the new kid on the block and Tuck (as we called him then) took on the role of my protector. He was a great friend and I was thrilled to reconnect with him on the occasion of our 50th high school reunion in June 2013. I just found out about his passing. I find it hard to imagine a world without him. My condolences go out to his wife, son and family. I know how loved he was because he was such a loving man himself.

Rock was one of the first persons I met when I started working in the Sheriffs Department in the early 70's He was very impressive as to the way he spoke and acted and taught me a lot. Was a down to earth person. Had some memorable times when he was the First Class on C&D floor May you rest in peace . Reno Calvetti

Capt. Waters was a gentleman in every sense of the word. When I worked in Personnel we would have very good conversations about a number of topics. My condolences go out to his son, whom he spoke of with great love and to his wife Denise.
