Bellandi, Maureen Alicia, age 83 of Pompano Beach Fl, formerly of Great Neck, N.Y. passed peacefully on August 24, 2017. Born on April 27, 1934, to Alice and James Flaherty. A graceful, wise and beautiful woman. She will be missed dearly by many. She was a devoted wife to the late Lionel Bellandi. She was a kind and loving mother to her children James and Alicia. She adored her siblings; brother James and sisters Kay Alves and Sally Turrill. Services include a Funeral Mass at 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at St. Aloysius RC Church in Great Neck, N.Y. Immediately followed by a Celebration of her Life at IL Bacco Restaurant 253-24 Northern Blvd., Little Neck, N.Y. All welcome. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Maureen’s Memory to The American Heart Association. www.healingheart5k.org
