Salvatore Torrisi, owner of Marathon Food Shop, Little Neck, NY passed away after his long battle with cancer May 17, 2014. He is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years Patricia (nee Phillips). He is also survived by his loving children Joseph, his wife Lisa (nee Greenberg) and Patricia and her husband Joseph Donnelly. He was blessed with five wonderful grandchildren Joseph, Lauren, Danielle, Christopher and Matthew. He will forever be in our hearts and we will continue to honor his memory. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
